Nofriendo Announces Ennui U
Not to be outdone in the lack-of-entertainment business by its titanic competitors Microsob and Sighny, Japanese behemoth Nofriendo Co. Ltd. today announced a new product, Ennui U. The successor to its ubiquitous Ennui (found in over 100 million homes worldwide), Ennui U is billed as a “revolutionary new feeling for people of all ages”.
Because it is several times more powerful than Ennui, Ennui U is able to invite users to use two screens simultaneously, which, impressively, do not satiate their ever-growing need for stimulation and desire to again feel childlike wonder.
The system is backwards-compatible with all Ennui peripherals, including Ennui-motes (the wand-like objects that people have been waggling when they have nothing better to do). Users can even import their familiar Anomiis from their old system.
The Ennui U also touts a new anti-social media platform, called Mehverse, where users are encouraged to engage in unfulfilling online discussions and arguments with strangers to pass their limited time.
Some industry pundits are concerned the branding will confuse the general public, who many not realize Ennui U is a full new generation.
Ennui U will become available to consumers as soon as they sit down to think about the state of things for a sec.
